GIQS member Education and Qualification Alliance (EQA) officially opened its office in Ostbevern with a kick-off workshop. In the new EQA offices, the European Training Cooperative launched a project for farmers and veterinarians on 16 October 2017. The project of cross-border cooperation between Westphalian and Dutch partners within the INTERREG project FOOD2020<\/a> will carry out a feasibility study for a tailor-made learning concept for farmers and veterinarians by the end of March 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Via webinars, expert hotlines and special demonstration events, the target groups are to learn everything worth knowing and up to date on the subject of “Stable disinfection and reduction of environmentally relevant residues”. Partners in the project are EQA, the Landwirtschaftsverlag from M\u00fcnster and ChainPoint from the Netherlands. GIQS supports the three project partners in its function as regional partner of FOOD2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOOD2020 is implemented within the INTERREG programme Deutschland-Nederland<\/a> and is co-financed by the European Union, the Ministerium f\u00fcr Wirtschaft, Innovation, Digitalisierung und Energie of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Ministerium f\u00fcr Bundes- und Europaangelegenheiten und Regionale Entwicklung of Lower Saxony, the Dutch Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat and the provinces of Drenthe, Frysl\u00e2n, Gelderland, Groningen, Limburg, Noord-Brabant and Overijssel. It is supported by the programme management of the Ems Dollart Region. Lead partner is the Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Lebensmitteltechnik e.V.<\/a> in Quakenbr\u00fcck. <\/p>\n
